Hello,
a bit about me:
I love challenges, I feel that I am doing my best work when I have multiple responsibilities and can impact the people I manage. I like to lead by example and never task or set expectations for someone I wouldn't set for myself. I consistently work along side the people I am coaching to give them an in person example and to impact the moment when giving direction. I care about the people I manage, and while I don't micromanage, I hold people accountable to their jobs.
